Do you remember Herr Styler? Do you remember how they infiltrated the world of disco with tracks such as, “Snow In Paris” and “Zero Ghosts Out The Door”?
Remember when DJ’s actually had the balls to take a chance on things like this? Dance music that is unique, fun and bloody difficult to pigeon-hole? How do you describe “Zero Ghosts Out The Door” for example? Guybrush Threepwood has had a few too many-wave?
Sadly, Herr Styler are no more. Which is a shame, especially if you’ve just read about them now and enjoyed those tracks.
Luckily, it’s talented and creative spirit lives on in the form of a new project, Hot Spell.
Sit back, relax and enjoy, “Cloaking”.
And then get excited for new material from Hot Spell in the future. 🙂
